It has been said that the foundation of success and happiness
in any area of life is based upon your relationships with other
people. No matter what your business or career is, you can’t
do it alone. The more success you have, the more likely it is
that you will have other people on your team. The key to succeeding
in Nikken is in having good relationships with others. You must
believe in the goodness of people. Care about them and their

Many years ago a study was done for a life insurance company

fundamentals that should be mastered is approaching people.
Get really good at just meeting people while you’re
out and about during your day. Practice asking people
about themselves, and get comfortable with that first.
To succeed, talk to the right people and talk to enough
of them. People can tell when you are really interested
in them and care about them. Make it your goal to make
lots of friends. When you love people, they will love
you back. Many will join your business just so they can
be associated with you! Act excited. Look like you are
having fun. Let people know that big things are happening
and that you are going places. Create an air of expectancy.
